{"id":2815,"date":"2025-07-29T11:53:30","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T11:53:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebluewhale.ai\/blog\/?p=2815"},"modified":"2025-09-23T12:31:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-23T12:31:18","slug":"dubai-chamber-of-digital-economy-launches-the-entrepreneurs-ai-playbook","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebluewhale.ai\/blog\/dubai-chamber-of-digital-economy-launches-the-entrepreneurs-ai-playbook\/","title":{"rendered":"Dubai Chamber Of Digital Economy Launches The Entrepreneur\u2019s AI Playbook"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dubaiverse.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dubai<\/a> Chamber of Digital Economy, one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, has launched \u2018The Entrepreneur\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.contakts.ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"AI\">AI<\/a> Playbook\u2019 to raise awareness about the artificial intelligence tools and applications entrepreneurs can leverage to successfully launch, manage, and scale their businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guide was developed as part of the \u2018Create Apps in Dubai\u2019 initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uaetoday.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UAE<\/a>, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Create Apps in Dubai\u2019 seeks to train and upskill 1,000 UAE nationals, strengthen digital capabilities, and triple the number of app developers in Dubai, as well as support the launch of 100 new homegrown mobile application projects. The initiative also includes the \u2018Create Apps Championship,\u2019 which seeks to reinforce Dubai\u2019s leadership in smart application development, attract global talent, and encourage entrepreneurs to present their ideas for innovative mobile apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Entrepreneur\u2019s AI Playbook offers practical guidance on artificial intelligence tools that can be used at every stage of developing entrepreneurial ventures and startups. This includes the setup phase, covering naming and brand identity, followed by developing value propositions, business models, and digital products and services. The guide also addresses the operational phase, including customer acquisition, fulfilment, billing, and customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guide highlights Dubai\u2019s commitment to building a world-class AI ecosystem, which is reflected in several strategic initiatives and events.
